UC Santa Barbara College of Engineering

With over a year of wilderness training, I lead outdoor trips for Adventure Programs. Through this experience, I have mastered working in a team, being organized, having empathy, creating a sense of fun, problem-solving, as well as negotiating and compromising.

I practiced the fundamentals of brainstorming and revisions of ideas before prototyping.

In Engineering Graphics: Sketching, CAD, and Conceptual Design, I learned how to use SolidWorks to develop products.

I learned the basics of MatLab as well as the basics of simulation and look forward to expanding my knowledge.

Following engineering drawings and working the all the tools in our machine shop, I made a compressed-air engine.

My Physics and Chemistry labs provided hands-on experiments expanding my fundamental knowledge and ability to write technical reports.
